Subscription & Billing Terms
These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply when you purchase MIO Plus on our website for Kid / Mio (“Service”).
1. Multiplatform account
Your MIO Plus plan is linked to your parent account email. When active, paid features unlock in the iOS app and any other supported platforms using the same login. You do not need a separate purchase per device.
2. Where to subscribe
MIO Plus is described at https://app.mio.baby/plus. Payment and plan management are at https://app.mio.baby/billing via T-Bank (Tinkoff) acquiring. The iOS app displays plan status but does not offer in-app purchase for the same digital subscription unless we explicitly enable Apple In-App Purchase in the future.
3. Plans and pricing
Current product: MIO Plus — one plan, billed monthly or yearly in RUB. Prices at checkout:
- Monthly: 299 ₽ per 30 days
- Yearly: 2,990 ₽ per 365 days (approximately two months free compared to monthly billing)
MIO Plus applies to your family account (all parents and children in the family). Feature scope may expand over time; active plan status is determined by our backend.
Basic MIO (free)
- Up to 1 child and 2 parents in the family
- Tasks, coins, rewards, savings goals, manual task review
- MIO mascot (basic care)
- Up to 3 discoveries per week
- Full iOS app for basic features
MIO Plus (paid)
- Two or more children in the family
- Parent voice (tasks spoken in your recorded voice)
- AI-assisted automatic task verification
- Unlimited discoveries
- Full parent web dashboard at app.mio.baby
- Extended history, rewards, and family tools as described on the MIO Plus page
Without MIO Plus, the web dashboard is read-only except for login, the MIO Plus info page, and billing pages.
4. Auto-renewal
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize the payment provider to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account on our website at https://app.mio.baby/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain MIO Plus access until that date.
Canceling a plan does not delete your Kid / Mio account or family data. Use in-app account deletion if you want to remove your data.
6. Refunds
Plan fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our discretion for billing errors (duplicate charges, failed delivery of MIO Plus after confirmed payment).
- EU/EEA consumers: where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to distance contracts, you may request a refund within 14 days of the first purchase unless you expressly requested immediate access to MIO Plus and acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right.
- Russia: refunds follow applicable consumer protection rules and our payment provider’s procedures.

7. Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes. Applicable VAT/sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location.
8. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry charging your method. MIO Plus access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
9. Changes to pricing
We may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice (e.g. email or website notice). Changes apply on your next renewal unless you cancel.
10. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
