Consent to Receive Marketing Emails

Under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (“152-FZ”), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to TYK MYK STUDIO LLC (ООО «Тык Мык Студио»), TIN 2308305256, PSRN 1262300027208, address: 350000, Krasnodar Krai, Krasnodar, Krasnoarmeyskaya St. 64/2, room 1 (the “Operator”), processing my personal data with and without the use of automated tools.

Personal data processed: email address.

Purpose of processing: to send me informational, news, and promotional messages about the MIO mobile application, the Operator’s products, services, updates, and other materials by email.

The Operator may perform the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

Processing term: until this consent is withdrawn or I unsubscribe from the mailing. Upon receiving a withdrawal of consent or an unsubscribe request, the Operator ceases processing personal data for this purpose and destroys such personal data within 30 (thirty) calendar days, unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

I am informed of my right to obtain information regarding the processing of my personal data in accordance with 152-FZ, and I am notified that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to the Operator’s email address: privacy@mio.baby.
